Dave Swigart joined the Conserv FS team as General Manager in September 2020 Prior to this role, he served as Ag Finance Manager for Sunrise FS in Virginia, IL.

Mark Scobbie joined the Conserv FS team as Chief Financial Officer in March 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Sunrise FS in Virginia, IL.

James Coens has been leading the Turf department at Conserv FS since 2002. Starting out as a store manager of Lake Cook Farm Supply in 1980 and moving through many positions and mergers, Coens has dedicated more than 35 years to helping people grow crops, and then sports fields and now sales careers. This experience has won the trust of customers like your local park district as well as major league sports venues such as Wrigley Field.

As Business Services Manager, Mark Musial oversees a variety of functions including Credit and AgriFinance programs, Human Resources, and Safety and Compliance. He began with Conserv FS in 2000 when he was hired to deploy a new accounting system. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Mark began his career in financial investments moving eventually into distribution serving in a variety of sales, marketing and management capabilities.

Jeff Kimmel serves as the Manager of Operations at Conserv FS. He is responsible for the day to day operations overseeing facilities, personnel and equipment, as well as coordinating purchasing and expansion projects. Kimmel acts as the staff liaison between the company’s varied business segments and assist with compliance and safety issues company wide. Currently enjoying over 40 years of service in the industry, his career began in western Illinois, 1977.

Adam Day joined the Conserv Team in the role of Agronomy Sales and Marketing Manager in 2019. His background has been in retail agriculture in the cooperative system for most of his career. Adam supports his team in our company mission to build successful and profitable partnerships with our patrons, as well as, our vision to be the best, most innovative diversified agricultural cooperative.
