| The employees of CONSERV FS
are part of a team helping to fulfill
the needs of farmer-patrons in Illinois
counties of Cook and Lake, and Wisconsin counties of Kenosha
and Racine. The
primary mission of CONSERV FS is to improve the long-term profitability of the farming
business for our farmer-patrons in these counties. To accomplish this mission, a
dedicated, capable group of employees working together is required.
